Employment-Based Immigration: very First Preference EB-1
You may be qualified for an employment-based, first-preference visa if you are an alien of extraordinary capability, are an impressive professor or scientist, or are a specific international executive or manager. Each occupational classification has certain requirements that must be satisfied:
Your petitioning employer must be a U.S. employer and employment mean to use you in a managerial or executive capacity. – Evidence of your authorship of academic short articles in expert or significant trade publications or other major media
– Evidence that your work has actually been displayed at artistic exhibits or showcases
– Evidence of your performance of a leading or important function in recognized companies
– Evidence that you a high salary or other significantly high remuneration in relation to others in the field
– Evidence of your industrial successes in the carrying out arts

Application Process
Extraordinary Ability: You might obtain yourself by filing a Kind I-140, Petition for Alien Worker.
Outstanding Professors and Researchers: Your U.S. company need to file a Type I-140, Petition for Alien Worker.
